How can i pay for my order ?
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
"Cash on Delivery" or COD is also approved at Avellano.co

Orders placed with "Cash on Delivery" payment method will be charged with additional service fee of 5 AED per order in addition to the standard shipping fees for United Arab Emirates, and 40 AED per order in addition to the standard shipping fees for (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon & Egypt).

Please note that upon receiving your order we will contact you to verify your order, therefore, please make sure that you mention a valid telephone number & email address.

The amount will be charged to your account at the time of actually shipping the goods, which may even take place a couple of days after the order confirmation. 

The ordered products will remain the property of Avellano.co until full receipt of the payment. Payments must be made in full instalment at the time of purchase.

When I’m going to receive my order ?
Usually the orders which placed during working hours from 9:00 am to 5.00 pm (Sundays to Thursdays) are initialized in the same day and the delivery is carried out in time frames depending on the destination. 
Shipments will not be made on Fridays, Saturdays, Public Holidays it will be made on the following working day.

Order date & delivery date
The order date: is the date on which the order was placed and confirmed on Avellano.co, The delivery date: is the date on which the goods were dispatched and handed over to the carrier. 


What is the standard delivery time of my order ?
Our standard delivery time for the United Arab Emirates is 2 - 3 working days.
For Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman is 4 - 5 working days.
Jordan, Lebanon & Egypt is 5 - 6 working days.
Please be patient and keep in mind that some items might take longer time to be delivered as we are dealing directly with designers and brand owners, and also we are online store so we don't keep big quantities in stock from each item.

Deliveries cannot be made to islands that come under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, all security controlled zones and defence areas.
As an alternative arrangement, Avellano.co will keep the shipment at Aramex Abu Dhabi office for the customer’s collection between 07:30-19:30 hrs.

I have already placed an order, can I edit my shipping address ?
No, while you are placing order please make sure that you enter your address carefully to avoid any mistake or unnecessary delay with your shipment.

Can I track the status of my order ?
Upon placing the order you will receive order confirmation email with your order number, After that you will receive shipping confirmation email that includes shipment tracking number to enable you to follow up the status of your order shipment. 

Please make sure that someone should be available at your shipping address during the day to sign for the package, as we ship all our merchandise via courier and It is required to be signed upon delivery.


I have already placed an order, but changed my mind, can i cancel it ?
You can cancel your order only before your order have been picked up by our fulfilment agency, and before receiving your order shipping confirmation, otherwise the cancellation will not be possible.

Multiple Orders & Shipments ?
Yes, you can place multiple orders and you will receive separate shipment tracking number for each order, and it may result in multiple postings to your card's monthly statement. When it is possible, we will combine items from multiple orders into one package. doing this will help to reduce the number of packages sent to you, and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders. this will be applicable only if the multiple orders placed through same customer account, or being shipped to the same address. Combining items from multiple orders into a single package will not change the amount of shipping you pay for each order.


I'm living in a country which is out of your delivery area, can i still place an order ?
In this case, it is recommended to contact us directly to check the possibility of shipping to your country and we will do our best since customer satisfactions is our ultimate desire, We will NOT deal or Sell/Deliver any products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.


Taxes & Duties
We usually operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, through our fulfilment agency Aramex on 'Pay on delivery' basis. which means you will be responsible for Clearance duties, Handling fees.
